60 Day Money Back Guarantee
Your Supple® product purchase comes with a sixty (60) day money-back satisfaction guarantee which starts upon delivery of a shipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact our Customer Satisfaction Department at 1-866-219-6371 Monday-Friday, 7 AM – 7 PM CST:
- You MUST call the Customer Satisfaction Department and ask for a Return Authorization Number (RA) within the 60-day policy to receive a refund.
- Please return the unused portion of your purchase within ten (10) days of the RA issuance to receive your refund (shipping and processing charges are non-refundable).
- Please return all sealed items AND all open items, including opened cans, in their original boxes, and trays, for which you are requesting refunds.
- Please return your item with a copy of the original invoice and include your reason for returning.
- DO NOT return an item without an RA number. Write this RA number on the outside of your package so we can properly refund you.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- We are not responsible for returns that never arrive at our facility.
- Limit one return per person.
- Money back guarantee applies to a return on one purchase per person.
- Must apply for money back guarantee through Supple, LLC. The money back guarantee cannot be honored by retailers.
- No group or organization requests will be honored.
- Fraudulent, incomplete or illegible requests will not be honored.
- All refunds will be made by check.
- Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of refund check.

The charge on your credit card statement will appear as SUPPLE. If you paid by electronic check (E-check), the charge on your bank statement will appear as SUPPLE.

Your invoice will clearly indicate if you have agreed to participate in the auto ship program. Rest assured, we will only apply payment for product we have shipped and you can cancel at any time.
If you are not already a member of our Supple® Challenge Club (Monthly Re-Supply) Program, contact our Customer Satisfaction Department. Please remember that once we have shipped product to you, we can only cancel future shipments and cannot refund any charges (unless the product is returned per our Return Policy above).
